Who runs this?
I do. Site Secretary is one person and a team of AI helpers. Mary answers the phones; my other AI helpers do the setting up, the checking and the paperwork; I keep an eye on all of it and look after the customers.
That’s it. That’s the firm.

Where your money goes
When you pay for Site Secretary, your money pays for the service: Mary, your phone line, and the time it takes to set her up and look after her. What’s left over is my profit. I’d rather tell you that straight than pretend we’re a charity.
What it doesn’t pay for is a London office, executive salaries, corporate bonuses or a sales team on commission. There aren’t any.
Who I answer to
Not a boss, a board or a shareholder. I answer to the people who pay me, so the only way this works is if you’re happy enough to keep Mary on. That’s why there’s no long contract, why the first month is £50, and why you can ask for that £50 back, less what Mary’s calls cost, if she isn’t for you.
Why there’s no name or face here
